Description

Crispy, golden potatoes sliced accordion-style and baked with a savory garlic butter and Parmesan cheese topping.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each potato crosswise into thin accordion-style cuts, being careful not to slice all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture generously over and between potato slices.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over and between the slices. Place potatoes on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until potatoes are tender and crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
