A rich and creamy pasta dish with a perfect balance of garlic and Parmesan that will have everyone asking for seconds.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
