These delightful air fryer cinnamon apple hand pies are a quick and easy dessert, perfect for any occasion.

For the Crust:
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and flour until the apples are well coated.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each circle of dough. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and press the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush the tops of the pies with the beaten egg for a nice golden finish.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the pies in the basket, not touching each other, and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
