These delightful air fryer cinnamon apple hand pies are a quick and easy dessert, perfect for any occasion.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Roll out the pie crusts on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and flour until the apples are well coated.
  3. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each circle of dough. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and press the edges with a fork to seal.
  4. Brush the tops of the pies with the beaten egg for a nice golden finish.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the pies in the basket, not touching each other, and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
