For the Crust:
- 1 package phyllo pastry sheets
- 1 cup almonds, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface, brush lightly with melted butter, and sprinkle chopped almonds evenly over the surface.
- Spread a thin layer of ricotta cheese on one edge of the phyllo sheet, gently roll it up, slice into desired roll sizes, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
