For the Crust:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g shelled pistachios
  • 50g unsalted butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a double boiler over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Coarsely chop the shelled pistachios and fold them into the melted chocolate mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces before serving.
