  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, and salt. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
