For the Crust:
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp fig jam
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Crackers or baguette slices for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place brie wheel in a small oven-safe dish.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and fig jam. Spoon half the mixture over the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until brie is soft and starting to bubble.
- Arrange apple slices and crackers on a serving platter. Top with warm baked brie.
- Drizzle remaining fig honey glaze over the top and sprinkle with walnuts and thyme.
