Description

Elegant and easy appetizers featuring creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and a drizzle of honey, all baked to perfection in flaky phyllo cups.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet frozen phyllo dough, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut phyllo dough into 12 squares. Layer 3 squares into each muffin cup, brushing each layer with melted butter.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each phyllo cup, top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and drizzle with honey.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until phyllo is golden and brie is melted.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
