Description

A warm, gooey baked brie topped with sweet roasted plums and fragrant thyme, perfect for an elegant appetizer or dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 wheel of brie (8 oz)
  • 2 ripe plums, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Crackers or baguette slices for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place brie wheel in a small baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss plum slices with olive oil, honey, thyme, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange plum slices around and on top of the brie.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until brie is soft and plums are tender.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or baguette slices.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
