A delightful appetizer featuring creamy baked Brie paired with sweet roasted plums and fragrant thyme.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 4 ripe plums, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie on a baking sheet and arrange the plum halves around it.
  3. Drizzle honey over the plums and Brie, sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and the plums are caramelized.
  5. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
