For the Crust:
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 4 ripe plums, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie on a baking sheet and arrange the plum halves around it.
- Drizzle honey over the plums and Brie, sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and the plums are caramelized.
- Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
