A warm, elegant dessert featuring sweet baked pears filled with creamy brie, crunchy walnuts, and tart cranberries.

For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brie, walnuts, and cranberries. Spoon mixture into pear cavities.
  3. Drizzle pears with honey and melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender and filling is bubbly. Serve warm.
