For the Crust:
- 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix brie, walnuts, and cranberries. Spoon mixture into pear cavities.
- Drizzle pears with honey and melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender and filling is bubbly. Serve warm.
