For the Crust:
- 4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
 - 8 fresh figs, quartered
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
 - In a bowl, toss fig quarters with honey and half the cinnamon. Spoon over pears.
 - In another bowl, mix walnuts, blue cheese, melted butter, remaining cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to form the crumble.
 - Sprinkle the walnut and blue cheese crumble evenly over the pears and figs.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until pears are tender and topping is golden. Serve warm.
