For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5-7 minutes until slightly crisp.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the warmed flatbread.
- Arrange the fresh berries on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle maple syrup and honey over the berries.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, slice, and serve immediately.
