Description

A sweet and creamy dessert flatbread topped with fresh berries, a smooth cream cheese spread, and a decadent maple drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5-7 minutes until slightly crisp.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and spreadable.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the warmed flatbread.
  4. Arrange the fresh berries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Drizzle maple syrup and honey over the berries.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, slice, and serve immediately.
