For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and chives. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
- In a small bowl, mix the toasted walnuts with maple syrup. Spoon the walnut-maple topping over the dip just before serving.
