Description

A sweet and spicy appetizer featuring creamy brie, fresh blueberries, and jalapeños, baked to perfection for a crowd-pleasing bite.

For the Crust:

  • 8 large jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange jalapeño halves on the baking sheet. Fill each half with a cube of brie and a few blueberries.
  3. Drizzle honey over the filled jalapeños, then sprinkle with walnuts, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until jalapeños are tender and brie is melted. Serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
