For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread or naan bread
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced or cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie pieces evenly over the flatbread, then scatter blueberries and thyme leaves on top. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, slice, and serve warm.
