Description

A sweet and savory flatbread featuring creamy brie, juicy blueberries, fresh thyme, and a drizzle of honey for a perfect appetizer or light meal.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced or cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: a handful of arugula for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the brie pieces evenly over the flatbread, then scatter the blueberries and thyme leaves on top.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the brie is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Garnish with arugula if desired. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
