For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced or cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: a handful of arugula for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Arrange the brie pieces evenly over the flatbread, then scatter the blueberries and thyme leaves on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the brie is melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Garnish with arugula if desired. Slice and serve warm.
