For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle feta cheese evenly over the flatbread, then scatter blueberries on top. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is slightly melted.
  4. Remove from oven and top with arugula. Drizzle generously with hot honey before serving.
