For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle feta cheese evenly over the flatbread, then scatter blueberries on top. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and top with arugula. Drizzle generously with hot honey before serving.
