Deliciously flaky pinwheels filled with sweet blueberry preserves and tangy lemon curd, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup blueberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup lemon curd

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and spread the blueberry preserves evenly over the surface.
  3. Spread the lemon curd over the blueberry layer, then roll the pastry into a log and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
