Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:

- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and spread the blueberry preserves evenly over the surface.
- Spread the lemon curd over the blueberry layer, then roll the pastry into a log and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
