For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Boursin cheese until smooth and well blended.
  2. Shape the cheese mixture into a log on a serving plate, using a spatula or your hands to form an even shape.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, honey, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper. Heat over medium-low, stirring until the mixture is warm and slightly thickened.
  4. Spoon the cranberry walnut glaze over the cheese log, spreading it evenly to coat the top and sides.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
