A festive and elegant appetizer featuring creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and a crunchy almond topping on crispy flatbreads.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 flatbreads or naan rounds
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Top each flatbread with sliced brie, followed by dollops of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
  4. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
