For the Crust:
- 4 flatbreads or naan rounds
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Top each flatbread with sliced brie, followed by dollops of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Slice and serve warm.
