For the Crust:
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over each flatbread.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie and sprinkle with pecans and rosemary.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Season with salt and pepper, slice, and serve warm.
