A festive and easy-to-make appetizer featuring creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and fresh herbs on crispy flatbread.

For the Crust:

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange brie slices evenly over each flatbread.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie and sprinkle with pecans and rosemary.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
