Festive, bite-sized tartlets featuring creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and a crunchy pistachio topping, perfect for holiday gatherings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 rounds using a cookie cutter.
  2. Press each round into a mini muffin tin. Fill each with a cube of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  3. Brush edges with egg wash, sprinkle with pistachios and thyme, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
