For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, browned and cooled
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Gently stir in feta cheese.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden but center is slightly soft. Cool before slicing.
