For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, browned and cooled
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in crumbled feta cheese, then spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden and center is set. Let cool before slicing.
