Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 200g burrata cheese
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Layer halved cherry tomatoes at the bottom of each verrine glass.
  2. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and layer on top of the tomatoes.
  3. Add a few fresh basil leaves for aroma and flavor.
