For the Crust:
- 200g burrata cheese
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Layer halved cherry tomatoes at the bottom of each verrine glass.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and layer on top of the tomatoes.
- Add a few fresh basil leaves for aroma and flavor.
