For the Crust:
- 2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges
- 200g burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
- In a bowl, toss the peach wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the peaches for about 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and tender.
- Thread grilled peaches, chunks of burrata, and fresh basil leaves onto skewers. Serve drizzled with additional olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
