Description

A delightful appetizer combining creamy Camembert cheese and tangy cranberry sauce in crispy phyllo cups.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 package of phyllo cups
  • 8 oz Camembert cheese, rind removed and diced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Fill each cup with a piece of Camembert cheese.
  3. Top each filled cup with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
