A festive and elegant appetizer featuring flaky crescent dough wrapped around sweet caramelized apples and creamy brie, drizzled with a rich maple glaze.

For the Crust:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on the baking sheet with wide ends overlapping and points facing outward.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, and caramel sauce. Spoon the apple mixture over the wide ends of the dough, then top with brie cubes and pecans.
- Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck under the wide ends to form a wreath shape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk together maple syrup, powdered sugar, and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm wreath before serving.
