A festive and elegant appetizer featuring flaky crescent dough wrapped around sweet caramelized apples and creamy brie, drizzled with a rich maple glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on the baking sheet with wide ends overlapping and points facing outward.
  3. In a bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, and caramel sauce. Spoon the apple mixture over the wide ends of the dough, then top with brie cubes and pecans.
  4. Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck under the wide ends to form a wreath shape.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
  6. Whisk together maple syrup, powdered sugar, and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm wreath before serving.
