For the Crust:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until sprouts are tender and caramelized.
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Toss roasted Brussels sprouts with the glaze and optional walnuts. Serve warm.
