For the Crust:

  • 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add pear slices and brown sugar, cooking until caramelized and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Arrange arugula on a serving platter. Place burrata in the center and surround with caramelized pears.
  3. Sprinkle toasted walnuts over the top, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, juicy, and crunchy combination.
