For the Crust:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in hash browns, spinach, onion, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
