Flaky puff pastry filled with creamy burrata, drizzled with spicy chili honey for a perfect sweet and savory bite.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares. Place a portion of burrata in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the burrata, pinching the edges to seal. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- While baking, mix honey and chili flakes in a small bowl. Drizzle over warm pastry bombs before serving.
