Description

Flaky puff pastry filled with creamy burrata, drizzled with spicy chili honey for a perfect sweet and savory bite.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares. Place a portion of burrata in the center of each square.
  3. Fold the corners of the pastry over the burrata, pinching the edges to seal. Brush with egg wash.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  5. While baking, mix honey and chili flakes in a small bowl. Drizzle over warm pastry bombs before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
