For the Crust:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 8 buttery salted crackers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt dark chocolate and combine with heavy cream to create a ganache. Chill until firm enough to shape.
  2. Form chilled ganache into small olive shapes and coat them lightly with a glaze of simple syrup.
  3. Serve the chocolate “olives” with buttery salted crackers on the side.
