1. Prepare the Crust:
- Melt dark chocolate and combine with heavy cream to create a ganache. Chill until firm enough to shape.
- Form chilled ganache into small olive shapes and coat them lightly with a glaze of simple syrup.
- Serve the chocolate “olives” with buttery salted crackers on the side.
