For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, dried cranberries, honey, orange zest, and cinnamon.
- Mix with a spatula or hand mixer until all ingredients are well incorporated and the butter is fluffy.
- Transfer the butter to a serving dish or roll into a log using parchment paper. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
