For the Crust:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, dried cranberries, cinnamon, salt, and chopped almonds.
- In a small saucepan, gently warm almond butter and honey until smooth and easy to stir. Pour over the oat mixture and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
