A delightful fusion of peach cobbler, creamy cheesecake, and fluffy donuts, perfect for a sweet treat.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup diced peaches, canned or fresh
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in diced peaches.
  5. Fill each donut cavity halfway with batter, then add a spoonful of the peach cheesecake mixture, and top with remaining batter.
  6. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar, sprinkle over donuts, and dot with small pieces of butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool before serving.
