Description

A sweet and savory flatbread topped with tangy cranberry sauce, creamy goat cheese, peppery arugula, and a balsamic glaze drizzle.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is slightly melted.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Top with fresh arugula (and red onion if using).
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the flatbread, season with salt and pepper, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
