For the Crust:
- 1 package (15 count) frozen phyllo cups
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Place a cube of brie into each phyllo cup.
- Top each with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until brie is melted and phyllo is golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with honey if desired, and serve warm.
