Description

Elegant, bite-sized appetizers featuring flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and fresh thyme.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (15 count) frozen phyllo cups
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for drizzling)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  2. Place a cube of brie into each phyllo cup.
  3. Top each with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  4. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the top and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until brie is melted and phyllo is golden.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
