For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz Brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over one half of the pastry, then layer Brie slices and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling. Cut into 1-inch strips, twist each strip several times, and place on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
