Description

Flaky puff pastry twists filled with creamy Brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and aromatic thyme, perfect for holiday appetizers or a savory snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over one half of the pastry, then layer Brie slices and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling. Cut into 1-inch strips, twist each strip several times, and place on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
