A festive and elegant puff pastry tree filled with creamy Camembert, sweet cranberry sauce, and crunchy pistachios, perfect for holiday gatherings.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 150g Camembert cheese, sliced
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 3 tbsp shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Flour for dusting
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Cut into a tree shape by making a triangle for the top and a rectangle for the trunk.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the tree base, leaving a border. Layer Camembert slices and sprinkle with pistachios, salt, and pepper.
- Place the second pastry tree shape on top. Press edges to seal and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
