For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh arugula for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Brush the crust with olive oil and spread cranberry sauce evenly over the surface.
- Top with shredded chicken, brie slices, and red onion. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 2 minutes, then garnish with arugula if desired. Slice and serve warm.
