Description

A warm, gooey wheel of Brie cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry with a sweet and nutty cranberry pecan filling.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and brown sugar.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly. Place the Brie wheel in the center and top with the cranberry-pecan mixture. Drizzle with honey.
  4. Fold the puff pastry up and over the Brie, sealing the edges. Brush the pastry with beaten egg wash.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and puffed. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
