Elegant, no-bake festive cheesecakes that sparkle with holiday charm.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • Extra cranberries and pistachios for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of dome-shaped molds or small cups to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream, followed by the chopped cranberries and pistachios.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the molds, smoothing the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Carefully unmold the cheesecake domes and garnish with additional cranberries and pistachios before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
