For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Press each square into a mini muffin tin.
- Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup. Top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of walnuts.
- Brush edges of pastry with egg wash. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until pastry is golden and puffed.
- Meanwhile, mix orange zest, honey, and thyme in a small bowl. Drizzle over warm bites before serving.
