Elegant, bite-sized appetizers featuring creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, crunchy walnuts, and a zesty citrus glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Press each square into a mini muffin tin.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup. Top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of walnuts.
  4. Brush edges of pastry with egg wash. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until pastry is golden and puffed.
  5. Meanwhile, mix orange zest, honey, and thyme in a small bowl. Drizzle over warm bites before serving.
