Festive, creamy, and bursting with seasonal flair. Each bite is a perfect blend of tangy cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and smooth cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped (for rolling)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, walnuts, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball using your hands.
  3. Place the chopped parsley on a plate. Roll each cheese ball in the parsley until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the cheese balls on a serving platter. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
