Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla, beat until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Stir in the oats, cranberries, and walnuts.
  6. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
