A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce and a crunchy pecan topping, perfect for holiday gatherings or as an elegant appetizer.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly into a serving dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter until pecans are coated.
  4. Sprinkle the cranberry sauce over the whipped feta, then top with the pecan crunch mixture.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
