- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly into a serving dish.
- In a small bowl, mix chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter until pecans are coated.
- Sprinkle the cranberry sauce over the whipped feta, then top with the pecan crunch mixture.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
