For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle cranberries, white chocolate chips, and almonds over the top, pressing gently into the dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
