Delicious and easy-to-make cream cheese and raspberry Danish pinwheels, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4-inch squares. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then spread the cream cheese mixture onto each square, leaving a border.
- Place a teaspoon of raspberry jam in the center of each square. Fold the corners of each square towards the center to form a pinwheel shape. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
